Custom Order
This service is for the construction of custom pieces such as rocking chairs, tables or any customer specified design. See my gallery for products/items I have produced in the past. For rockers, my favorite species of wood to work with are walnut and ambrosia maple. But there is a plethora of other woods for project construction. The quote will be based on what species I am able to source to complete the project.
Sawmill Services
I also provide the service of milling of customer provided logs either at my log yard or on the customers premises. My sawmill is trailer mounted and can be transported to a customer site if necessary. I can also haul the log to my property, should that prove to be more convenient and will deliver the finished lumber to the customer requirements (flat sawn, or quarter sawn) after completion.
Ordering Stock Gift Items
I will try to keep a small inventory of crafts in my online store which can be ordered and shipped. My online store on this website is still under construction. Please be patient.
Brush Chipping and Stump Grinding
Storms sometimes cause trees to fall which allow the opportunity for the wood in those trees to be harvested. The storm damage will sometimes require the cleanup of limbs and stumps. I provide brush chipping and stump grinding services should that also be needed.
Laser Carving and Engraving
I have a small CNC Machine that can cut a variety of materials such as wood, plastic, phenolic that I can use for making signs and 3D sculpting. I am limited by the bed size of my mill to a rectangle that is 10 inches by 13 inches. I also have a laser head that can do laser engraving on a variety of woods. The quote will be based on project scope.
